Fazaa or Esaad cards are strictly valid only for 1-hour and 2-hour general admission play passes. They cannot be applied to multi-day, half-day, full-day, membership, or special event rates.

Kidzapp passes are valid for redemption all week long (Monday through Sunday), subject to standard venue capacity and booking confirmation rules.

All promotional discounts, corporate discount cards, and special partner offers are strictly NOT valid during UAE Public Holidays.

The Entertainer are not valid during UAE Public Holidays and must be redeemed in accordance with standard corporate eligibility terms.
