1. General Admission & Ticketing

• All admission passes grant access to our indoor play zones, please note that each zone has specific height limit. 

• While our trained play attendants supervise each play zone to support safe play, parents or guardians remain legally responsible for the behavior and overall supervision of their children at all times within the venue.

• Admission is subject to venue capacity. During peak hours or fully booked slots, entry may be delayed or restricted to maintain strict safety standards.

2. Zone Access & Height Restrictions

• Toddler Zone: Designed exclusively for our youngest guests. Access is restricted to children under 100 cm in height to ensure a gentle and safe environment.

• Soft Play Area: Access is permitted for children between 80 cm and 150 cm. Children exceeding this height limits are not allowed in this area to protect smaller participants.

• Trampoline Zone: Access is permitted for children up to 150 cm. Maximum weight of 60kg.

• Rope Course: Our multi-level adventure features have strict physical requirements for safety harness fitting. Kids must be a minimum of height of 80cm for Low Ropes and minimum height of 100cm for High Ropes.

• Climbing Walls: Use and access to the Climbing Wall are only permitted with a trained instructor. Child must be minimum weight of 16kg to access to zone.

• Holla Wall: Child must be minimum height of 100cm and maximum height of 150cm.

• Strict Enforcement: Height restrictions are mandated by our equipment safety certifications and insurance policies. Our play attendants are required to strictly enforce these limits without exception. If a child does not meet a specific zone's height criteria, they will be happily guided to an alternative, age-appropriate zone.

3. Membership

• Weekly, monthly, and yearly membership passes must be used across consecutive calendar days, starting precisely on the date the ticket or pass is purchased. Unused days within the membership window cannot be paused, extended, or rolled over to a future date.

• Each membership pass is strictly linked to a single individual child and is non-transferable. Passes cannot be shared between siblings, friends, or any other guests. Adventure Parx staff members reserve the right to verify the identity of the child using the pass at reception.

4. Discounts & Partnerships

• Fazaa or Esaad cards are strictly valid only for 1-hour and 2-hour general admission play passes. They cannot be applied to multi-day, half-day, full-day, membership, or special event rates.

• Kidzapp passes are valid for redemption all week long (Monday through Sunday), subject to standard venue capacity and booking confirmation rules.

• All promotional discounts, corporate discount cards, and special partner offers are strictly NOT valid during UAE Public Holidays.

• The Entertainer are not valid during UAE Public Holidays and must be redeemed in accordance with standard corporate eligibility terms.

• All discount cards, promotional codes, and partnership offers apply strictly to standard indoor play area admission tickets only. No discounts are applicable to birthday party packages, or to any food, beverage, or retail items purchased at the Parx Cafe.

5. Birthday Packages & Special Events

• Birthday bookings are categorized under our Urban, Adventure, or Explorer packages. Each package comes with fixed guidelines regarding play times, private party room access, and specific decor inclusions.

• A deposit is required to lock in your preferred date and time slot. Birthday bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled subject to availability and venue notice timelines.

• No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the venue or the Parx Cafe, with the sole exception of a pre-approved birthday cake for confirmed party packages.

6. Safety, Health, & Conduct

• For safety and hygiene purposes, grip socks and closed shoes are mandatory for all children entering the play zones. Sharp objects, jewelry, or clothes with loose cords are not permitted in active play areas.

• Kids under 5 years old must accompanied by at least 1 parent/guardian. 

• To maintain a safe environment for all families, children who show signs of illness or infectious symptoms will not be permitted into the play zones.

• Adventure Parx reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises without a refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, aggressive, or disrespectful toward our staff members or other visitors.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Adventure Parx takes every precaution to maintain a secure and safety-certified indoor environment. By entering the venue, guardians acknowledge that active indoor play (climbing, jumping, rope courses) carries inherent physical risks.

• Adventure Parx, its management, and staff members are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained while inside the venue.
